Die Cast Zinc Pulleys

Henssgen Hardware Pulleys found in this section are Die Cast from a Zinc Alloy and then the body is nickel plated and the sheave is brass plated to a high luster. Henssgen Hardware's Zinc Alloy is rust proof and is used outdoors in fresh water and salt water environments.

The Die Cast process is done under extreme pressure which results in a very uniform material cross section void of internal defects, therefore creating a very consistant product with regard to finish and strength.
